An Emotional Idiot vs Professionalism

We must always ask our conscience three things before speaking:

Is it kind?
Is it true?
Is it necessary?

When we have answers to all the above questions, we become confident about our own questions and we actually have a quite positive approach to the answers we are going to receive from the person.
Being an emotional idiot in a professional IT career is considered foolish.

But I believe that if we keep the emotional nature inside us ALIVE, then we will never lose ourselves in the pathetic race of going ahead.

Well, many of you will say that it is ‘Easy to say than to perform/live with this kind behavior’ and I will say, ‘Absolutely! I agree’ to this. So what is the difference?
Let me introduce you to a different perspective which may seem a bit irrational.
The reason is it is utmost necessary to keep ourselves and our principles alive inside us and this can only be done by remaining clear of our conscience. Our conscience has a very feeble voice and the more we try to ignore and depress it, the more it will fade away over time.

And there will come a moment when our conscience doesn’t hit us in our mind, and we may lose the indigenous version of ourselves which makes us forget the human feelings.

If we introspect our thoughts and feelings after a period of time, we may not even recognize the type of person we have become.

All this time we have consumed a very different meaning for ‘Professionalism’.

But, the true mark of professionalism is the ability to respect everyone else for their principles, notion, styles and always finding something positive in every experience. It should be highlighted in your thoughts and words.

People do make mistakes and so do all of us, after all, we are Humans and…

To err is human, to forgive divine.
